Liver Involvement in Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia

Abstract
Angiodysplastic liver involvement in a patient with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is described. Rapid sequence computed tomography following bolus contrast material injection demonstrated hepatic artery-hepatic vein shunting indicative of angiodysplastic involvement in HHT. Angiography confirmed the diagnosis.
