Abstract
Radiograms of 18 children with paraplegia due to extradural deposits of lymphosarcoma are described. Paravertebral masses and various forms of bone destruction in the spine are common. The myelo-graphic appearances are discussed. Multiple foci in the spine were found in three patients, emphasizing the disseminate nature of this neo-plastic process. Keywords
