Abstract
In this article the author examines tendencies toward differentiation and integration within individual, family, and social systems of organization from a holographic viewpoint. As any part of a hologram can reproduce the whole, so can we discover differentiation that has failed to integrate into the proper holistic care of our patients by examining ourselves, our patients, and their health care relationships. Keywords
