Abstract
A colorimetric method for the determination of urea is described. Absorption spectrum, reaction time, heat and light sensitivity of the colored compound produced have been studied. The accuracy of the method is demonstrated, and the results of comparisons between the present method and the manometric method according to Van Slyke and Kugel are given. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
