Abstract
EPR results for vanadyl ion doped Rochelle salt are reported. Impurity sites in the unit cell, and the molecular structure of the VO(tartrate)2 complex in the crystal are found and the spin‐Hamiltonian parameters are determined at room temperature. A considerable non‐axiality of the g and A tensors and the MO bonding coefficients are discussed. The EPR spectra are not affected by the phase transitions. Keywords
