Abstract
The level of serum neutralizing antibody to Lansing poliomyelitis virus was followed in 3 rhesus monkeys after a course of intramusc. vaccination with active virus. The antibody levels, optimum after the last immunizing dose, fell gradually during the first 8 mos., then remained at a moderate level for the last 4 mos. A booster dose then raised the levels to optimum once more. Keywords
