Alterations in Fibrinogen, Plasminogen, and Inhibitors of Plasmin With the Growth of V2 Carcinoma in Rabbits2

Abstract
Growth of a transplanted V2 carcinoma in rabbits was accompanied by an increase of fibrinogen, plasminogen, and plasma inhibitor concentrations in the blood. These changes became significant at 2 to 3 weeks after transplantation. They appeared to be related to growth of the tumor.
