Abstract
The pulmonary fungus Haplosporangium parvum was detected for the first time in Saskatchewan during a search for mycotic infections in the rodent population. Heavy infections with spherules were noted in the lungs of 2 white-footed mice, Peromyscus maniculatus borealis, trapped near Saskatoon. This finding extends the recorded distribution of Haplosporangium in Canadian rodents another 450 miles to the east. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
