Abstract
Several improved techniques for isoelectric focusing of isoenzymes in polyacrylamide gel slabs were developed. Using these techniques, three commercial sources of horseradish peroxidase were each examined with three commercial sources of carrier ampholytes to determine their respective isoenzyme profiles.Keywords
