Abstract
Intraductal papillary-mucinous tumor of the pancreas is a rare indolent tumor that most frequently presents in older men after a somewhat protracted course that clinically resembles chronic pancreatitis. The treatment of choice is surgical resection, after which patients generally do quite well. The authors present a case of intraductal papillary-mucinous adenocarcinoma with cytologic, gross, and histologic findings and a review of the literature. Keywords
