Abstract
Alkens are transformed to their corresponding epoxides in high yields and with high selectivity by ultrasonic irradiation and sodium periodate in the presence of catalytic amounts of manganese porphyrin supported on Amberlite IRA-400 ion-exchange resin (MnTPPS-Ad).Keywords
