Abstract
The remarkable empirical near-equality of energy intervals (transition energies) in two 'identical' superdeformed bands in 152Dy and 151Tb discovered in Daresbury can be interpreted as a natural consequence of a U(6 mod 12) supersymmetry. Keywords
