Abstract
Perturbations of the relativstic quantum plasma are studied using Wigner-function techniques. In addition, a generalized fluctuation-dissipation theorem is given that relates the perturbed Wigner function to the fluctuations of the Wigner function at thermal equilibrium. As a consequence, the relativistic quantum version of the fluctuation-dissipation theorem is obtained and analyzed. Keywords
