Treatment of reflux strictures of the oesophagus by the Nissen-Rossetti operation

Abstract
Eight patients with bougie-resistant strictures of the oesophagus due to gastric reflux have been treated by the Nissen-Rossetti operation. Follow-up clinical and barium studies show the results to be encouraging. The principle involved is the prevention of reflux.Keywords
