Abstract
Cases (2) of true atheromatous aneurysm formation [in humans] within reversed autogenous saphenous vein used for femoropopliteal bypass graft are described. The rarity of this complication was noted and the literature for true aneurysm formation within grafts used for this and other bypass procedures is reviewed. Keywords
