Abstract
West Nile virus (WNV) infections of the central nervous system are very uncommon in U.S. children. We report a child with a poliomyelitis-like presentation in which WNV was the only detected pathogen. WNV has not previously been associated with a poliomyelitis-like presentation in children. Keywords
