Abstract
Transfer of technological developments from the research laboratory to the production line is a topic which has been given increasing attention in the past few years (Tornatzky, et al, 1983). The very survival of many large corporations hinges on the efective management of the technology transfer process. Recent development of research consortia, e.g., MCC and SRC, may be taken as evioence of the growing corporate concern with this issue.Keywords
