Abstract
The rotary voltmeter is shown to be a practical instrument for the measurement of both voltages and wave forms up to 830 kilovolts peak. A comparison of voltages so measured with the sphere gap shows that a downward revision of the A. I. E. E. standards is necessary. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
