Über die Spaltung von d-Leucyl-glycyl-glycin und d-Leucyl-glycin

Abstract
The applicability of the splitting of d-peptides by serum as a diagnostic test for cancer was denied. The use of d-amino acid oxidase to detect manometrrcally the degree of splitting of d-peptides was complicated by the fact that the oxidase preparations contained a d-peptidase. Mn did not activate leucylglycylglycine splitting in normal human serum, and gave only an insignificant activation in rat serum.
