Abstract

We report a case of multiple familial cylindromas and trichoepitheliomas of the hairy scalp and face.Therapy consisted in excision of the scalp, followed by autologous skin grafting. A cosmetically good result without tumour recurrence over a follow-up period of 14 years was achieved by this therapy.
