Abstract
The red cell acid phosphatase, phosphoglucomutase and adenylatekinase phenotypes have been determined in about 400 individuals from the L’Aquila district (Italy). The PGM1 and AK gene frequencies were similar to those found in Rome, while the A.P. gene frequencies were different from those observed in Rome, Sardinia and Sicily in that there was a high frequency of the PB allele. One PGM61/PGM11 individual and one PGM42/PGM12 individual have been found. Keywords
