Abstract
The minimum uncertainty of the kerma ratio R is discussed for a neutron energy of 14.5 MeV. Since at this energy many neutron cross-sections have been measured, the uncertainty of the kerma ratio is here expected to have a minimum value. Furthermore, it is about the energy delivered by d+T generators used in radiotherapy. The uncertainties given are quoted as one standard deviation. The kerma factors of carbon and oxygen are discussed. Keywords
