Abstract
High resolution 1 MV electron microscopy has been done to observe the atomic arrangement of oxygen in TiO0.3–0.5. N‐beam multislice calculations reproduce well the observed lattice images. Satisfactory explanation is also given by appropriate models for lattice modulations observed in the ordered and disordered states.Keywords
