Abstract
Apparatus used in the measurement of pulsed ionization discharge rates at low frequencies is described. The apparatus is capable of resolving 8000 discharges per quadrant without integration, at a power frequency of 60 Hz, thus enabling the measurement of discharge recurrence rates in high density discharge patterns emanating from gaps having dielectric electrodes. Typical results are presented. Keywords
