On the Decomposition of Metallic Azides

Abstract
The mechanisms suggested previously for the formation and growth of nuclei in the decomposition of barium azide have been examined in detail. It is concluded that these cannot adequately account for the experimental results available on the thermal decomposition, and photo and ionic conductivity of this salt.Keywords
