Abstract
Oil phase radiopaque dye escaping into the intracranial cisterns of a patient undergoing myelography produced a contrast radiograph which was interpreted as filling of the pia-arachnoidal optic nerve sheath. This picture illustrates the extension of the subarachnoid space to the scleral attachment of duramater at the posterior pole of the eye. Thus far, the patient has not had visual symptoms nor has he shown any evidence of optic nerve damage. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
