Ice Formed Beach Features from Lake St. Jean, Quebec

Abstract
Features characteristic of polar beaches: ice-pusb ridges, ice-contact cusps, shore-ice kettles, residual marks left by melting ice, ice-rafted sediments, meltwater and wind features, occur on the beach at Val Jalbert, Lake St. Jean, Quebec. This example shows that the area covered by so-called 'polar beaches' is not restricted to the Arctic and the Antarctic regions.
