Abstract
A new implementation of the technique proposed by Lugli and Ferry to include the Pauli exclusion principle in Monte Carlo carrier transport simulation is presented. Based on the definition of a chaining mesh in k-space, it allows a very important reduction in the memory requirements and can also be applied to the description of recombination processes obeying the k-selection rule. Keywords
