Abstract
An unusual case of re-exploration of the site of previous ventricular aneurysmectomy is reported. The conduct of cardiopulmonary bypass was complicated by the presence of cold agglutinins with a wide thermal range active up to 30 degrees C. There follows a brief description of cold agglutinins, and the difficulties they cause during cross-matching.Keywords
