Abstract
According to the results of the experiment on five subjects, there is an increase in the work done in the trance as compared with that done in the waking state when equivalent positive suggestions are given in each. This increase varies greatly with the different subjects. It is not possible to obliterate the effects of fatigue by merely entering the trance state from the normal or by passing to the normal from the trance. Merely being in the trance does not prevent the onset of fatigue. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved)Keywords
