Abstract
Three cases of calcification (ectopic mineral deposition) associated with leg ulcers are presented, and the literature on this problem is reviewed. Because "calcium" or bone may act as a foreign body, the need for x-ray studies of recalcitrant leg ulcers is emphasized. Our technique for treatment and follow-up of these lesions is noted. Keywords
