Abstract
Radioactive S35-labelled penicillin was admd. to mice and its destr. in various body tissues was studied by autoradiographical techniques. Results correlate well with those obtained by microbiological assay for penicillin. Preliminary studies show the diffusion of labelled penicillin into abscesses and its distr. in the kidney under the influence of probenecid and after the admn. of penicillin alone. Keywords
