Abstract
We consider a relativistic model of quark confinement incorporating both a linear large-distance potential and Coulomb-like short-distance potential. Special emphasis is placed upon predictions for leptonic decay widths and the radiative transition of the charmonium model. We find that relativistic enhancement of the former force one to a situation in which the transition width is large.
