Abstract
Summary: Quantitative changes in the antibody content of the serum of actively sensitized and desensitized guinea pigs have been studied. Detectable amounts of antibodies were produced by means of the “adjuvants” technique. The results are not in favor of the quantitative theory of desensitization.
