Abstract
Increasing the total quantity of RNA located on 99%-dimethyl sulphoxide gradients profoundly altered the sedimentation pattern of heterogenous RNA and (to a smaller extent) that of rRNA. Aggregation of small quantities of rRNA with fast-sedimenting heterogenous RNA was also found to occur in these gradients. Keywords
