Abstract
In most cases, sinusitis remains a clinical diagnosis. Imaging studies can be useful in diagnosing patients with atypical presentations, but plain radiographs lack sensitivity and specificity, and coronal sinus CT lacks specificity. Coronal sinus CT is generally used when complications of sinusitis are suspected or when sinus surgery is considered. Keywords
