Abstract
A two-site solid-phase enzyme immunoassay for the determination of β2-microglobulin in serum and urine is established using polystyrene tubes as solid phase. Horseradish peroxidase-conjugated antihuman β2-microglobulin was used as labelled antibody. The technique is based on a general ELISA procedure and can be established without any specific equipment. Keywords
