Abstract
Using the approach of Israel, Wilson, and Perjes we give the explicit form of the metric corresponding to two identical Kerr-Newman sources in equilibrium under their mutual electromagnetic and gravitational forces, with their spins oppositely oriented along a given axis. Symmetries, the complete analytic extension, the limit of infinite separation of the sources, and the two types of solution with vanishing separation are discussed. Keywords
