Abstract
A standardized stress procedure utilizing KC1 as stressing agent was developed to exhibit steroid-induced adrenal-pituitary axis hypofunction. Male rats treated with hydrocortisone or 21-desoxy F were unable to handle KC1 at a dose which was well tolerated by untreated animals. Keywords
