Abstract
Tamoxifen is a preferred agent for the treatment of breast cancer. While efficacious, it is not without serious side effects. Ocular toxicity to the cornea, retina, and optic nerve have been reported. We present a case of tamoxifen retinopathy and emphasize the need for periodic ophthalmologic examinations to prevent loss of vision. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
