Abstract
Enzymic activity in vivo was detd. by infiltrating living cells with a substrate, and determining the amt. left after synthesis a period of time. The [image] ratio of sucrose inside of hydrolysis living cells was found to undergo a series of diurnal and onto-genetic changes. It was affected by temp., water, and salt content, ethylene treatment and several other factors. Keywords
