Abstract
Three patients, each with two synchronous esophageal carcinomas demonstrated radiologically, are presented. The importance of complete esophageal evaluation in patients with one obvious tumor of the esophagus is emphasized. Assessment of the full extent of disease in such cases directly affects treatment planning. Keywords
