Abstract
A 10-year-old Fanconi anaemia patient showed a 46,XX/46,XX,-7,+i(7q) constitution in bone marrow which disappeared without any specific treatment and then reappeared during a year of survey. We discuss i(7q) and Fanconi anaemia. This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
