Abstract
An extension of the calculation of the temperature‐independent resistivity performed by Blackmann and Elliott is prrsented. in order to describe transition metal‐like hosts. An integral Dyson‐like equation is derived for the one eleetron s‐s propagator using the Green's function formalism. The integral equation is solved to second order in the exchange parameters. in the absense of magnetic order. Out of this solution an expression for the temperature‐independent resistivity is obtained in terms of phase shifts and exchange copulings. Keywords
