Abstract
Experiments with analogs of the coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide demonstrate that the molecular forms of malate dehydrogenase in Euglena vary with the nutritional environment. Electrophoretic separations on starch gel show that Euglena grown on autotrophic medium has a malate dehydrogenase which is lacking in Euglena grown on heterotrophic medium. Keywords
