Abstract
A gallium arsenide laser was used as an optical sweep generator to display the 8521-Å hyperfine lines of an atomic cesium beam. The largest contribution to the displayed over-all linewidths of about 60 MHz is due to the atomic beam divergence of the order of 5°.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
