Histoplasmosis, Cryptococcosis and Tuberculosis Complicating Hodgkin’s Disease: Report of a Case

Abstract
A 38-yr.-old man had been treated by radiation following histologic diagnosis of Hodgkin''s disease made 4 yrs. previously. Later, genitourinary and pulmonary tuberculosis, crytococcosis of nasal skin, and finally cutaneous and visceral histoplasmosis developed. Clinical, mycologic and autopsy findings are reported. The case is the 4th among 117 cases of histoplasmosis in which Hodgkins disease was associated; the 2d in which tuberculosis complicated the other 2 conditions; and the 1st in which all 4 entities occurred together.
