Abstract
The 3′ termini of RNA from vesicular stomatitis virus and from three widely dissimilar defective interfering particles of the virus are PypGpU-OH. The possible relevance of these findings to autointerference and to replication of vesicular stomatitis virus is discussed. Keywords
