Abstract
This is a description of a Women's Group in a partial hospitalization program applying a variety of group treatment modalities in the treatment of mental illness. The integration of a feminist approach to women's issues provides a supportive atmosphere conducive to change. The group experience encourages a critical evaluation of sex roles and attitudes, as well as gender and behaviors that perpetuate stereotyped roles that result in stressproducing elements in women's lifes. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
