Abstract
• A simple approach to internal iliac artery revascularization during aortofemoral bypass is the use of a side-to-side anastomosis between the aortofemoral graft limb and the origin of the internal iliac artery. This technique improves pelvic blood flow in patients with minimal or orificial stenosis of the internal iliac artery. (Arch Surg 1982;117:838-839)This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
